JPSNT Forum Rules & Expectations
Our forums follow the same Code of Conduct as the rest of JPSNT, which you can read in full here Code of Conduct
That document explains our stance on respect, harassment, content guidelines, and more. However, forums bring their own unique challenges, so here are a few extra rules and notes just for this space.
🔍 Search Before Posting
Before asking a question or starting a new thread, use the search bar at the top of the forum. There’s a good chance someone else asked the same thing, and you’ll find answers faster this way.
🎯 Stay on Topic
We’re not strict about light tangents, but blatantly derailing a thread or dumping random spam isn’t cool. If you want to talk about something completely different, just start a new thread.
🍿 Spoilers (Be Considerate)
There’s no official spoiler tag yet. If you’re sharing major plot points or endgame details:
- Put “SPOILER” at the start of your post
- Leave a few blank lines so folks can skip reading it
A more robust spoiler system is on the roadmap, but in the meantime, please label your spoilers.
🚫 No Censorship (But Mods Have Final Say)
We won’t remove your post just because you have a hot take on a game or disagree with someone. That said, if your post crosses the line into harassment or violates our Code of Conduct, moderators may lock or remove it.
Moderators have the final say on locks and deletions. We’re not out to censor, but we do keep the peace.
📜 Respect the Main Code of Conduct
Everything in our Code of Conduct still applies. That includes:
- No hate speech or harassment
- No illegal or pirated content
- No spam or excessive advertising
- Respect privacy
- Keep it civil
Breaking any of those rules here will result in a warning or ban.
